Ora Coltman (1858 - 1940) a painter, sculptor, printmaker, designer and architect was selected by William M Milliken, director of the Cleveland Museum of Art, to participate in Franklin D. Roosevelt's Public Works of Art Project. Not only is his work among the Cleveland Museum of Art's collection, but pieces are on view at a number of the City of Cleveland Public Libraries.
